During this semester-long project, I worked with a group to develop a new brand in the Swim/Resort product category. We created the name "Gali Swim" - Gali meaning "My Wave" in the Hebrew language. We wanted to develop a surfwear-inspired line to converge functionality and style and align our brand with current consumer trends. The silhouettes reference typical activewear sets to allow for a wide range of movement when engaging in physical activity. Gali Swim utilizes high-performance and sustainable fabrications while maintaining a fashionable aesthetic. This style deck presents an overview of our target consumer, strategic planning for the company, color and design decisions, and ideas for a pop-up retail store.
